Self Pay

We offer our complete range of services available to patients who are not covered by any insurance plan or who have a plan that we do not accept. 
All fees for self pay or non-covered services will be collected at the time of service.
For your convenience we accept cash,  VISA, MasterCard, American Express & Discover Card. Any questions pertaining to billing should be addressed directly to our billing company, ASL Medical Management.
